Middle School Summer Workouts

Attention Middle School football players and parents, Coach Shane Mascho has announced this summer's workout schedule.
Please make an effort to get your son in the weight room as much as possible. Coach Mascho will be tracking their lifts and workouts, similar to varsity. Athletes will be rewarded with the 2012 Wellsboro Football shirt after they have completed 30 workouts. Workouts include lifting, Monday/Wednesday morning conditioning or the Sunday night practices. If athletes do not reach 30 by the time the season begins, each practice will count as a workout.
The more time put in as a 7th and 8th grader, the better everyone will be when they are in 11th and 12th grade.
