Winter Weight Room Hours

Attention Athletes, if you have not started lifting, now is the time to do so. Below are the weight room hours for the winter season:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6:00 to 7:00 a.m.

Monday & Wednesday - 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday - 3:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Friday - 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Coach DeLeonardis is also doing plyometric workouts after school on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 3:30 to 4:30 in the cafeteria.
